Designed with women in mind, Trimmer You is a luxury boot camp with a difference - a visit with these fitness professionals is the chicest way to get fit and healthy whilst improving your personal well-being. With world class fitness training from currently active servicemen and delicious meals from the on-site Nutrition Squad, you will be motivated and supported every step of the way in reaching your fitness or weight loss goals. What’s more, after an invigorating day with activities such as yoga, water aerobics, boxing and circuit training, you can relax in the 5 star accommodation the Horspool Farm location has to offer.

Course is 7 days, arriving on a Friday afternoon and leaving the following Friday. All meals, refreshments and equipment (unless otherwise stated in the kit list) are provided. Transport to and from the venue of this prize is not included.
