With a car like that, I doubt if you will find a valuation figure anywhere, it is unique, if its is mint I would gues at £5-6k or even more? I would post on Rover or classic car forums though as they will have far better idea than us.I am a mortgage adviser. You should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it. They're still not a very collectable car.
A few hundred to a couple of thousand for decent ones on ebay.0 -
They're worth around £1500 for a good condition straight 6. The V8 and V8 EFi ones are worth up to £1000 more.
There is no such thing as a stable price for classic cars0 -
Practical Classics magazine price guide suggests £1850 for a condition 1 car. Given the very low mileage I would suggest £2000 maybe edging to £2500. The 2600 is not sought after.
Is it a good strong metallic colour (caribbean blue, bordeaux red)?
Or is it sand yellow?:rotfl:0 -
Condition (not mileage) is everything. So if its rotten and in Brown, its still scrap value no matter its provenance. If its been coddled and is "as new" in a bright metallic, think of a price then double it. There's a bum for every seat.0

I have had a few, £250 - £300 is all i ever paid. 2.6's has oil feed to the head/cam troubles.
Costs more to repair then getting a V8 reconned.
I put a V8 in a couple of them. 78 was the early one sunken headlights & horrible dash.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -
For a car to be deemed " collectable " surely it needs to have been kind of OK from new.
This junk was never any good.;)0
