But what is it you are hoping to glean from the CCA?
If you are being chased by a DCA for non payment, all the content of the CCA is irrelevant as you broke all the terms.
Can we assume you are simply looking for a way to avoid repaying all the money you borrowed and spent (I think you have already made that obvious)?0 -
