creditor failed to provide true copy of credit agreement?
my creditor failed to provide cca and now im being harrased by dca, after numerous letter requesting cca they failed again. today received interesting letter explaining that even though failing to provide cca my debt is still forceble and they threating me with court action.they even put case example: McGuffick vs BOS - Mr Justice Flaux: "Although the Consumer Credit Act may render the agreement unenfoceable, the agreement remains a valid and subsisting contract and rights and obligations under it continue to exist".....What should i write them back? many thanks (creditor- cahoot, dca-moorcroft

yes, but since all troubles started few years back i was playing by rules and asked to send me cca still not received and cahoot been taken over by santander. its been now 2 years ...0

Why do you think your loan is unenforceable ?

dont have one and never had that was internet quick loan while back, never signed any ca, thats why im asking for advice. so far im getting nothing apart from 'pay them back' thats not help!0

i just resigned from paying back my loan , just like every politician after wasting millions of tax payers money0
