This does seem terrible but at the same time, there are people advertising in most local papers to sell puppies, kittens and other pets and anyone could buy them too.0

It's illegal on ebay0

I've gone on to policies but I don't know what to click to report her(?) They don't make it easy.0

Listing policy breaches > prohibited items > animals > live animalsMy TV is broken!

Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -

She isn't actually selling the kittens on ebay and whilst it may be illegal to post this kind of ad, if you look at her website she seems to be a very well respected breeder, I am sure she checks out potential owners as much as any breeder can. I am not particularly a cat lover but the pics on the site say they are well looked after to me.0

As far as i know, it's not illegal, just against ebay policy.Bought, not Brought0

She's hardly going to post them in a parcel!
Anyway they're sold everywhere or given it doesn't matter. Why is it any different selling them on eBay to anywhere else or giving them away? Theres no cat owners regisiter to check!0
