How many seats does a one bed flat need?

Room measurement is given as:

LIVING ROOM 13' 6 x 12' 6 (4.11m x 3.81m) approx: 2 sash windows to rear, so how on earth does a room that size fit 13 seats?


Retired but expecting lots of friends to visit?

    My answer:

    Depends on how many friends you have.
    I all have learnt is from others on many sites.
    Seek legal help if unsure.
    Dont pay Private Parking tickets - they are mere invoices.
