Yeah, modest was the question with mine! Its a Mercedes SLK which although it isn't really worth that much in cash now (but its worth thousands to me in sentimental value) it doesn't really look good on paper. I was panicking but luckily it came in just under the 5k (which yes, may be a CCCS thing) as they use the lower end of the spectrum on the Glass's guide on the internet as the value of your car. Personally, I feel very, very lucky to have been allowed to keep it.
And the friend I mentioned did go through CCCS too so the advice I gave regarding cars on finance may only be applicable to themJust completed my one-time IVA0
