Browsing a site mentioned in the Internet section I came across CN21 which is being rolled out in exchanges over the next few years. Has anyone a detailed idea of what it's all about?

As billsavings indicates, its the name BT have given to the roll-out of their new end-to-end IP-based network.
As well as the 'switched on' site, BT have http://www.btplc.com/21CN/ which gives more information
