Terms & conditions.

1. Open to residents of the UK, IOM, ROI and CI only except employees of Highland Spring Ltd and their immediate families, its agents, third parties and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion. Bulk applications / entries or those sent via third parties will not be acceptable.
2. No purchase necessary.
3. Only one entry per person.
4. Sending an e-mail is not proof that we have received your entry. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost or delayed, or which are not received for any reason. No responsibility can be accepted for system failure.
5. The survey will close at 5pm on the 30th March and the winner will be drawn randomly and under independent supervision on the 31st March 2011.
6. The closing date of the competition is 5pm on the 30th March 2011 and Highland Spring reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time.
7. If you win the competition, we will notify you by telephone and e-mail. The judges’ decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. You can find out who has won a particular competition by sending a stamped addressed envelope, marked with the name of the competition to Highland Spring, Stirling Street, Blackford, Perthshire PH4 1QA after the closing date.
9. The prize will not be transferable to another person.
10. No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
11. If the winner is not contactable within 28 days, or is unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a reserve drawn at the same time as the original.

Be warned, it won't accept you not ticking at least one box on each question, even if you're writing something in the 'other' box. It also looks like they intend to bombard you with promotional stuff, the questions tend that way.
