How do I put an automatic signature into my MSE postings ?

I wonder if someone could advise me how I can add an automatic signature to the bottom of all my postings within threads within MSE.

I see many MSE users appear to be doing this but I can't work out how to get it to work. For example, I see a MSE user with posts that always end :

':jAlways delirious and always helping:beer:'


I hope that I have explained what I am trying to do and it makes sense. I apologise if doesn't.

Any help would be much appreciated.

User CP at the top, then Edit Signature on the side.
