Does anyone know when you can stop paying child maintenance? I have two sons one is 13 the other is 17. My 17 year old was at sixth form but has now left. Do I still need to pay for my 17 year old

If not enrolled in full time education then legally you do not have to pay maintenance for the 17yr old.
Whether or not you choose to continue to do so is up to you..Daughters Sealed Saving Pot - start them young :money: £90 :T0 -
More accurately if monther is not claiming CB, you can stop. he could sign on with a post school careers search option for 26 qweeks, which would allow mother to claim CB.If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0
