    Thanks for that FavDaughter1. It does give us hope. We are offering an excellent dividend but that is the aim so that they can see we do have the best of intentions. Will let you all know when we hear.

  • Hi, our offer was more than we would have paid if we could have done it over 5 yrs(but hubbys wage is so up and down we were told we wouldn't be viable to do it over 5/6 yrs so BR or a F&F IVA were the only options), so compared to BR the creditors could see it was the best option for them.

    it is about what each person can afford so i'm sure you'll be ok&will get this through. keep us posted!
