I realise that now, but I didn't at the time
I completely admit to being more than a bit naive, it's about 20 years since I opened a new bank account, I'd literally only had my LBM and spoken to CCCS the night before so was feeling more just than a little scared of what's to come and I wasn't expecting the questions - I simply panicked.
It's very understandable. I worked in a bank previous and I know how intimidating people can be. I use to always say 'All I ask is for honesty'. And usually that puts them at ease. You get two types of Advisors, commission hungry and those that will do the right thing (far and few between I agree).0
