Two domain names, one site

Hey folks!
Hoping someone can help me here! I have two domain names, sitename.com and sitename.co.uk.
Sitename.com is currently delivering all content for my website using Wordpress, and sitename.co.uk is simply redirecting to sitename.com.
Now, basically I would like sitename.co.uk to be an exact mirror of sitename.com. So, going to sitename.co.uk/page/ would be the same as going to sitename.com/page/
Do I just edit sitename.co.uk's DNS settings to match the .com, and then in Cpanel set that domain to have the same folder as the .com or will this interfere with wordpress?
I don't exactly need to do this as the redirect works just fine, but it would be handy I guess.
Sorry if the above post is a little confusing.

I do not know Wordpress, but providing there are no fixed http links to the no1 site in the pages, just upload the same files to number 2 site, and see what happens, you will have to temp move the re-direct to test.0

Trouble is, Wordpress tends to use fixed http links to theme files. Mind you, as they're static elements for design etc it would probably work considering they'll just call from the other domain. Will give it a test I guess, thank you!0

Having duplicate content on different domain names has SEO implications - I think not good ones either so I suggest you do some research on that aspect.
Technically I see no reason why you shouldn't have the server handle both domain names but to search engines it is not the same thing at all.0 -

Absolutely. Just have the server respond to both host headers [co.uk|.com] with the same content.
Who/where/how is this being hosted?0 -

Hmmm fair point, I'll look into itAbsolutely. Just have the server respond to both host headers [co.uk|.com] with the same content.

Totally didn't think of doing it as a parked domain, will give it a whirl. Thanks!0
