Blue screen error please can you help

Please could you help me as i keep getting a blue screen and a restart when i click on my Dragon Naturally Speaking . I have it on my laptop which works fine, or it did until i changed my anti virus. I have AVG and Malwarebytes which i've had for a few months now and i haven't used my dragon natually for ages, but when i tried to use it i couldn't. It opens the programme up but to actually use it you have to click on the microphone, then you can speak and it types. However this is when the blue screen comes up. I have tried to add it to my accepted list for AVG but it doesn't just let you select all of Drangon Naturally programme, it says open, then open again and so on so i'm not sure which component i am supposed to select.

I really need it working because of my disability and i hope i make sense above! Thank you for any help at all.

Hi Nat, I'm not that familiar with AVG, some anti virus programmes will let yo suspend or disable them. Try and do this to see if AVG is the cause. If this doesn't work try uninstalling AVG and see if this cures your problem. If it does then you can go to nuance.co.uk
They are the authors of Naturally Speaking and may be able to help.

Failing that, if you find AVG is the problem you'll have to change your anti virus to another one.
