Simply Switch

I did a car quote yesterday via simply switch link. All of a sudden I am getting (what I would classify) spam calls from a company called clear contact. It appears they are contacting me becuase I declared an accident when I was trying to obtain a quote. They now, of course, want me to try and get personal injury compensation - not interested and they don't seem to understand the word no.
The only logical conclusion I can draw is that either simply switch sold them the info or they were able to trawl it from one of the insurance companies whose quote I obtained. Not happy either way.
