Can anyone suggest where to get good Kitchen appliance breakdown cover.

  • Do you really think it's worth it? As an alternative, simply save what you would have paid for this insurance and then use it to pay for any repairs or replacement.

    Kitchen appliances tend to be cheap to buy and you can often pay out the cost, again, as insurance for repairs, whereas if you'd saved it, you would have the cash for a replacement.

    If you register the warranty on a new appliance, when it runs out Domestic & General contact you to see if you want to extend it. You can get a quote online using the link above.

    There may be others, so wait for more replies.

    Try looking at ww.portwood.co.uk we have TV insurance with this broker. Policy is with AXA and you can insure any item in house either singly or in groups for a price far below other warranty companies.
