I hope the SP rep is on here.I am on online energy 3 dual fuel,could you please tell me if i am tied in,if so till when and is there a better product with SP for me.I must say my bills are cheap,i have no complaints at all and do not want to switch providers,thanks.

    Thanks for your query. The tariff prices keep being reviewed on the OLE3 with the latest price review being completed on 25/11/10. There is no cancellation charge if you wanted to change onto an alternative tariff and I would recommend contacting us on 0800 400 200 to see if we can offer you a better tariff. You may also wish to put your annual kWh consumption figures for gas and electricity into a comparison site to see the best ScottishPower tariff available and then check how this compares with your current rates.
