Tenants in common letter

Would anyone have a template letter for the setting-up of a tenants in common agreement between a married couple?
I understand that both couples write to each other and then send the signed letters to the Land Registry Office.
Does anyone have experience of this?

If I was you I would repost this on the House selling section as there are solicitors and very knowledgeable people on that section about this type of stuff
