American Express Preferred Seating

Hi - i go to quite a lot of concerts and have heard about the american express preferred seating. i was just wondered if anyone has used it and if it would be worth my while to apply for an american express card just to have access to preferred seating or will my credit rating be adversely affected (I already have one credit card)?? I don't really want the credit card for anything else. Hope i've posted this in the right place?! (originally posted on credit card forum but no replys)
