Mamas and Papas

I have a Mamas and Papas cot which I bought for DS (now almost 6 - gulp!) and which I have reused for DD1 and DD2. DD1 and DS have taken to climbing in said cot in the morning to "play" (irritate) DD2. These unnecessary acrobatics resulted in the little piece of plastic which holds the dropside of the cot up, being broken in half.
Cue phone call last Tuesday to Mamas and Papas.
Lovely chap on the phone couldn't have been more helpful. Will be in the post tonight. I said "do you want a credit card number?". Response - "good grief no, they only cost about 2p each". Well, I'm sure they do, but most places would still be happy to charge a fiver for postage and so on.
Fantastic service Mamas and Papas - I would recommend them to anyone.
