Hi there, you can just write a letter in your own words (if you have the account number) just a few lines will get the same result as the template letter, if it goes to fos then you have to fill another one in anyway. Just put, i believe i was mis sold ppi on this account because... and give your reasons, it is as easy as that!!!! you send it to egg and send recorded.Look here for reasons for mis sell.I am about to try to claim the mis sold PPI from Egg, do I complete the form and send it direct to Egg or to FOS. I am abit confused as to who to send the info too. Any advice would be helpful and the form link if possible. Many thanks.
