Localphone issues anyone else?

Callers can hear me, but my end is silent,had this problem since last thursday e mailed them but no reply to date.Really frustrating as it has been fine up to now.Tried from landline and mobile to eliminate things my end ... thanks
never put off buying a bargain today,it may be gone tomorrow

    Assuming your handset is not faulty (have you tested the line with another phone?), you probably have a line fault. Call your line rental provider and report it.
