Price reduced before delivery of goods

I recently bought a bookcase, paid online using a credit card (pay pal) and was told it would be delivered at the end of the month (March). I have just received an email from the company advising me that everything is now on sale for 15 percent reduction. As they have not yet dispatched the goods to me, am I in my rights to ask for this reduction?
