Land Rover wiring help

Land Rover Discovery failed its MOT due to the rear fog lights not working.
The interior light doesn't work on door opening but works by using the switch. The rear wiper doesn't work.

Apparantly an earth is at fault, can anyone help please.

Interior light - its probably the push switch on the door pillar, remove it and have a looksee.

Rear wiper - remove interior of rear door, and check the wiring to the motor. Connect a wire from the earth connector on the motor to a good earth on the body to check earth connection.

Fog light - check the bulbs and wiring,check the fog light switch.
