artificial feedback inflation

Guys,

I have an American potential buyer wanting to know if I will ship to the EU (not something I normally do or have offered on this auction). I would be dubious but she has quite a reasonable number of feedbacks, 100% positive.

However an AWFUL lot of them are from 'no longer a registered Ebay user'.

Does this suggest anything to you? Like artificial feedback inflation using other accounts? Am I just a horrible cynic? What do you think?

so, they are in america, and they want you in the uk to ship it from the uk to europe?

Personally i would smell a rat. The underlying implication being here that they can get the item neither in america OR in the european country they want it shipped too and whats the odds of that?

Tell them you will only ship to a confirmed paypal address.

Thanks guys. I was inclining towards persuading myself to trust her, based on the feedback, but I wasn't 100%... I will probably go with the majority vote here!
