Does anyone have any questions to ask in your redundancy 1-1

25 of us have been told we're going to be made redundant.
Half because our dept is moving abroad, the other half because most of their work will be done by people abroad remotely, the other by a glorified courier.
Having been TUPE'D twice within the organisation and not well treated we're making sure the company follows processes to the letter and getting everything they do in writing, something they were initially reluctant to do.
We're still waiting for the consultation period to begin formally, so far we've had a couple of call conferences and a Q&A sheet. The end date is still fluid as it relies on the project being on time, which so far it hasn't been.
We're also waiting to hear when the 1-1's will occur where final packages will be given to individuals.
I was elected employee representative.
Things are going ok. One of the staff have asked me what questions they should raise in the 1-1, and whether it's worth asking for more than what's offered?
Contractually we should be getting 1 month per year worked up to a max of 12. There is a potential to get 3 months pay in leiu of notice but after committing to this on the conference back tracked on the written statement (Q&A) saying 'may get'.
