IVA - one step closer

Thanks to all of those that helped me get to this point.

After 3 months I have eventually got an agreement that I am happy with, and after lots of amendments I have now signed and returned the forms.

I am now awaiting my creditors meeting date (filled with fear of a rejection). The amount is now down to 18p in the £ but its a figure I think is achievable and sustainable being self employed.

Hi, glad things are moving for you,just to reassure you our F&F one off IVA was accepted last week - creditors getting about the same as yours so keep HOPE! it's about what your income will allow. your IP must feel you've got a good chance or they wouldn't put it forward for you.:)

Woop Woop IVA approved.

It was accepted at 17p in the £1

2 of the major creditors didn’t respond, one wanted an extension but the other agreed not to so It all went as expected.

I am so glad that I can finally move on with my life.

I will post back later I’m a bit all over the place at the moment
