I have never used any of those products, I find a wallpaper stripper does the job.
The trick is to score in a big criss cross fashion all over the paper, you dont have to go mad but just enought to cut thru the paper, a stanley knife or scraper will do it.
get a bucket of very hot soapy water, and a big brush, and while your stripper is heating up, slap the soapy water all over the area, then when steamer ready, lay on wall, it will take about 5-10 mins to get into a rythmn, but once its gets going it comes off quite quickly.

always have your kettle full of boiling water, and keep topping up the steamer, bout every 30 mins.
keep the bucket of soapy water for the reveals,(inside windows) where its hard to get at with the steamer.
I have been stripping paper today as it happens, quite a big front room, its vinyl paper, and I have come across a few layers, the actual vinyl has a backing paper, then underneath was lining paper, and underneath that was another lining paper, but once I got going, I had it all stripped off by 3ish, cleared up and hoovered, and on my way home by 4pm.:D
