BT introduces voice call set-up charge of 3p

What with the 'call set up' fee and whole minute charging on certain numbers, BT have forced through yet another covert increase.
The minimum amount one pays now for a daytime (chargeable call) to a geographical number is now 6p. It used to be 5p, then it went to 5.5p and now 6p.
Of course BT says it's replacing the 5.5p minimum charge with a 3p 'call set up' fee, it looks to be a reduction.0
