My codes only just working I got 4 bottles of Rose, and paid £1.90 delivery. ;)
  • I bought this deal,- the first KGB deal i've bought, although i have used Groupon many times.
I had problems using the code,- so emailed them and was then able to use it when they put it right.
Used it this morning, and ordered six French reds at £4.99. I really wanted a chillian Red, but it was available only for a short time, and then it went out of stock. This was the case with a lot of the wines, and only the more expensive wines seemed to be available.
I was quite wary of using this company, and very concerned when the code wasn't accepted. I convinced myself that it was a scam, and i had been ripped off.
Although i was relieved everything went ok this time, i have heard of people having problems with codes either not working, or not being emailed to them. This would make me very wary of buying another of these deals!
Has anyone had good or bad experiences with this company? Would be interested to hear of others experiences, before considering buying again.
I've noticed that in general they seem to sell a lot less than Groupon. Just wondering why this is

I use KGB ALOT and have bought loads of deals inc beauty treatments , jewellry , clothing , restaurant deals , cupcakes , hampers , haircuts etc etc etc! lol

Its not fair that as soon as there is a problem or technical error that people immediately cry ''SCAM'' as it is not a scam company at all and they ALWAYS put things right if there is a problem , not always QUICKLY but they DO sort it out & they have even rung me at home to sort out an issue for me

Saying that I'd say from my own experience the max number of times there has been no problem is approx 95-98% of the time so majority always go through without a hitch

    Enjoy your wine!! :D

Has anyone recevied any wine yet?
  • I only ordered my wines today as lack of self control waiting for the cheaper wines to come back in stock took over and I ordered a couple of slightly pricey bin end Shiraz's and a nice dry Prosecco ....

So yes , would have done better if I'd waited but 3 bottles of wine for £4.84 ( as it seemed to take the balance off the postage? ) isn't BAD especially as I bought it with my KGB credit for free for recommending friends! :D

Can't wait for them to arrive & does anyone know as I'm no expert are 'bin ends' really poor quality wines or dodgy / old / ever taste bad in any way???

    Thanks!!

Generally speaking wine improves with age. Whether a wine will taste good to you personally is impossible to say, as we all have different preferences. Chances are it will be perfectly acceptable. Good luck! :)
Thanks to all who post constructively.

Basically they are just end of line stock, so it's possible some of them may be a little past their best but generally it's so the wine merchant can get new stock in. My bin end wine purchases are usually positive experiences! ;)

No delivery for me. Ordered last sunday. It said 3-5 days, and it's been 5 days now.
I was hoping it would have come by today. Having some friends over tomorrow night. Will have to go out and stock up in the supermarket now:(
