Skyphones - Complete Shysters!

I sent my 1yr old Samsung to Skyphones who have a high profile online offering to buy old mobiles. I agreed a price of £39, sent off my mobile in a prepaid envelope (with proof of posting). That was over a month ago, I have heard nothing since (they promise to pay by BACS within 5 days). The tel number on the site is unobtainable, I have since discovered online a rash of disgruntled people who have been ripped off by Skyphones yet they are still happily advertising online, sucking in new suckers like me.
Does anybody have any advice of who to complain to? They are based in New Eltham. Theire online advertising is obviously misleading and their claims dishonest and I hate to think of them merrily ripping off other hartd-working people.
