Can my company do this!!!

The OP is working from 0800 to 1800 with a forty minute break, which is a 9 hour 20 minute day. It is not normal to include your journey to and from work as part of your working day and the OP is exceptionally fortunate to be paid for an hour and a half of his commute.
Yes, in most jobs it would not be normal. But in the OP's case:
- The OP is based at home (an arrangement that appears to benefit the company through reduced storage costs).
- The OP is driving a company vehicle with company goods in
- The site that is being driven to varies as oppose to being a fixed place of work.
Based on this travelling to the site is clearly part of the working day and so should be paid as such.0
