Vent: Debenhams terrible customer service!!

Hello,

Placed an order with Debenhams end of January for 50 pounds (which gets free delivery) and they have missed an item off the order, worth 16pounds.

Wouldnt be too bothered, but they didnt send a confirmation email to my email address, and havent responded to any of my emails on the matter (yet have still taken payment).

Being abroad i havent yet phoned them (had it delivered to parents addres in uk!), but its frustrating that they dont respond to emails....has anyone else had this sort of problem?

Just frustrating, poor communication throughout, overall not been a good shopping experience. No coommunication to say whether the item was in stock or not, just terrible.
