most people agree fairly quickly as long as you are honest with them and send them a budget asap.

the trouble is - i went through a debt management company - who ripped me of - before i went to the actual banks. so i already had recieved a load of letters and default notices before i took control of it (well as much as i can do)

I'm not sure what an IVA is? and do you lose everything, house, car, etc?

Yeah, I'm being totally honest with companies have all my letters ready for the post tomorrow.

Ok, I now know what an IVA is, and don't think its for me, cos I've no money to pay debts
