I am having a weeks holiday in London and would love a trip out to Clarkes village in Street. Is there a coach company that runs day trips? Or does anyone know an easy way to get there as I don't drive. Thanks in advance

Its a long way to go for a day trip shopping... 160 odd miles at least 3hrs travelling from Central London... you might get a National coach not sure about a day trip though someone else might have better knowledge#6 of the SKI-ers Club :j

It's not worth a day trip form London, if you want to particularly go outlet shoppong try Bicester, only an hour from London & you can get the train. http://bicestervillage.com/en/home/home0

There is a once a day National Express coach but it is designed to give Street residents a day out in London - to visit Clarks village using it you'd need to spend two nights in Street
If you really want to do it train to Bristol Temple Meads and local bus from there would be the way
But as others have said it's not really day trip territory.0 -
Also the Galleria in Hatfield just north of London, which you can get to via a train from Kings Cross then a bus, taking less than an hour altogether.

Also, from £1 each way with Megabus/Megatrain to Portsmouth's Gunwharf Quays Outlet Shopping Centre.
(surprised that Pompeyrich didn't mention it.)

LOL, forget what's on your own doorstep sometimes! Gunwharf, would be a great day out, by the sea and a nice place to shop, especially if you could make use of the Megatrain bargain fares.
However I would consider Bicester to be in a different league as far as shopping goes, many more shops, certainly more upmarket(expensive) outlets than Gunwharf. However as the op wanted to visit Street for the Clarks outlet then Gunwharf would be an ideal alternative.0 -
