Halifax reward account no £5 this month

I didnt get my £5 this month and neither did my wife has it got something to do with february only being 28 days
I always get it on the 1st normally

    If you do then you're their only customer who does!

    Everyone else sees it on the morning of the 2nd (working day?), backdated to the 1st. ;)

    No you don't.
    It is usually paid on the second working day of the month dated the 1st.
    It will appear tomorrow.

    As YB correctly intimates it's calculated in the early hours of the 2nd working day of each month ..... and then posted to the account with a date of the 1st.

    So it's never 'paid' on the 1st ........ but can be 'paid' on the 2nd or the 3rd or the 4th ...... or even the 5th (as Jan 2011, where the 1st falls on a Sat)
    If you want to test the depth of the water .........don't use both feet !

    Apart from when the 1st working day is a Friday .... when it's credited on the 1st non working day! ;) (I think .... and I'm not going back to check!)
