in Credit cards
Hi,
My 13month 0% on purchases on my tesco credit card is nearly up. I owe about £1200 on it, so was going to apply for a 0% on balance transfers card and then get it paid off within the next year.
BUT i've just suddenly had a thought.
Last year when I applied for my tesco credit card I didn't get the first month statement. It turned out someone had intercepted in from my post box (i live in a flat and the post boxes are out the front), then called up tesco bank and asked for a new card to be delivered, they intercepted that and then spent £1500 on it! Luckily Tesco realised, called me, got the money refunded and set up extra security on my account. They also advised I got the new card/further correspondence delivered to my parents address which I since have.
My natwest current account has my flat address and correspondence gets delivered here. But I also have an old nationwide card which is rarely used and still addressed to my parents as I never got round to changing the address.
Now, if/when I get a new credit card i want it delivered to my parents as I don't want to risk it being intercepted again.
BUt i'm on the electoral roll here at my flat.
So, when applying, which address do I put??

I appreciate your circumstances however you would need to make the application from the address you actually live.Im an ex employee RBS GroupHowever Any Opinion Given On MSE Is Strictly My Own0

Thanks, that's fine.
Will it affect things that the tesco card has got my parents address instead of where I'm living now?0
