Finishing maternity handed in notice due to husbands job relocation

Hi

I have an 8 month daughter and have had to hand in my notice in my current job due to relocating with husband as he has a new job. I am about to finish my maternity leave end mar 2011 (already paid back maternity pay I owe to company) and wondered if following this what benefits I may be entitled to? We are already receiving Tax Credit and Child Benefit. Any help would be great.

Thank you !

If you are going to be actively seeking full time work, you may be entitled to Contributions based job seekers. I believe if your husband works more than 24 hours per week though, then you won't be eligible for the means tested/income based JSA.
