Hi i think we got that system tool thing on my sons netbook, when you switch it on it comes up with the following
start windows normally. if you select this it goes to the windows xp loading screen but wont go any further
safe mode. If you select this it comes up with lots white writing and freezes
safe mode with networking. If you select this comes up with the same as safe mode.
Any ideas or help to get in to the computer would be very much apreciated.

Thanks, i just tried to enter safe mode and lots of white writing comes up and freezes again0
