Got my order today - two Per Una Skirts; both marked with exactly the same size and exactly the same length, so how come the one that is the correct length is a size smaller than the one that is 4" shorter than it should be? Quality control? So BOTH have to go back Grrr:mad:

i got all my online orders with no cancellations, thanks m&s got to be first time that's happened to me. can't wait for next load of reductions, there's loads left at my local.

Ordered on Tuesday, meant to be delivered to tomorrow arranged my week around having to be in for delivery. Cancellation e-mail today. Complaint sent! I had wanted shoes and they were in my basket but when it came to paying they were 'out of stock'. How come they can do this with some items yet it has taken them 5 days to cancel my other goods. Not a happy bunny!

I received my order yesterday. Everything I ordered came, and was fine. Very pleased, especially as I placed my order the day after the sale started.

Just had a look online and there are some further reductions now being made to some items. Presumably they'll be instore tomorrow.:D
