I collected all three of my orders from my local food store this afternoon, and got everything I ordered. :D
  • Got an email yesterday, telling me my order was delayed, then another today telling me it's all out of stock.

The thing is, one of the items is still in stock on the website and I ordered within the first hour of the sale going live.

Don't think I'll be bothering with M & S again, it's so frustrating to have wasted my time waiting for the sale to go live, thinking you've got a bargain and then days later being told you've wasted your time.

I wouldn't bother shopping from their website again. I had just the same experience gingermuppet a couple of sales back.

Very annoying as I would have gone instore if I had known.

I ordered all my sale items on Tuesday evening and got them all delivered today. Spent £150 and got them delivered free as I used the nominated day code.

I am just upset as I ordered the brown leather dress in a size 12 and got it today only to find it is too big. So that ones going back..suppose it will save me some money anyway and I'm thinner than I thought! Got to look on the bright side.

Have you a (largish) store near you which you could visit? I was in one yesterday and found a number of things in it which were OOS on-line. This was in Menswear. They had rails and rails of stuff and the shop was deserted. I shall visit again when I hear they have further reductions.

I went back today but no joy. What gets me is that I originally ordered about 8 items, 5 of which are still in stock (over 10 items of each). I emailed them to complain and got a snotty email back saying that at the time of order picking all of my items were OOS and they must have just come back into stock. What a load of rubbish.

Went into the Fosse Park store yesterday. There were lots of girls clothes (12 months+) left but hardly any baby clothes. It had all been picked over. My purse is safe for now! :rotfl:
