I'm sure there have been M&S sales in the last year or so that didn't go live till 11-ish. We were in earlier than that cos Claire21 got us into the lists of what was going to be reduced - but reductions didn't appear online till much later. Remember going to bed with my laptop one sale night!

I have a theory that they've managed to keep all the sale stuff hidden out of the usual listings, so when we use "usual" tricks such as listing all the dresses from low to high, they're not appearing. However, I found a dress I knew they should still have (an indigo one) and they're pretty low on stock so I'm suspecting it will be in the sale. It's not reduced in my basket yet though. I'm giving it till 10:30pm then giving up.
