Thank you all so much for your help which is invaluable as always.

My next stage will be to download a copy of the ESA50 form and do a test run after reading all the suggested reading materials.

Is there a version that I can fill in on screen as my handwriting is not good and because of my ilness I often write a different word to the one intended but never seem to have the same problem typing.

I recently got awarded 45 points... means nothing really, because i was in the support group, just been moved to WRAG and the appointment is in 2 weeks.

Took some advice from jobcentre plus, my medical from ATOS mentions i will be fit for work in 6 months, which (jobcenters words) impliese i am not fit for work now and the appointment should be put on hold for 6 months,

which is where my head stopped working, i can't get to that appointment, but jc said they will try and arrange a home visit instead, but no mention of cancelling that appointment that i need to go to.

But i need now to appeal about the group i am in *sigh

How long were you in the Support Group before you were re-tested?
I can't understand how they make up these intervals.

I was originally in the Work Group and given a re-testing of 3 months or so (put in Work Group in November 2010 and told that I would be re-tested in March 2011). Yet in January 2011 my case was re-considered again and I was put in the Support Group with a re-test of 2 years from that date (January 2013)

It just doesn't make any sense at all.

September ish 2009 until 22 feb this year.

Just spoke to JC again, nice manager and asked him who i speak to about cancelling appt, he said me, ok i said i wish to cancel, ok he said, just got to wait for arrangements for home vist, which i can deal with.
