Evil s*ds who steal kids phones!!!!

DS(11) came back this am after going to the pictures with his mates and staying over, and decided to tell me then that his phone was stolen from the pictures. Why he didn't tell me when he rang from his friends house, I don't know.
Anyway he told me that this bloke behind him kept kicking his seat and he felt his phone fall out of his pocket so he put it back in his bag and zipped it up. They got up to go and he went to call me - NO PHONE!!!!
He searched the cinema just in case he hadn't put it back properly but no joy so my guess is the bloke saw where he put it and sneaked it out - easily done when the person you're nicking from is a disabled 11year old boy engrossed in a film.
And now I can't get through to the front desk at the police station - just rings and rings, whereas I have been on hold with T-Mobile for 15 minutes- they did answer but the operator had their headset off - I could hear the call centre but no-one answered - I whistled and screamed at them to put their headset back on but no joy!!!!
I just want to block the SIM so he doesn't lose his money on there as well!!!
Aaaargh!!!

Like any thieves they're just scum. Reminds me of when my younger brother a couple of years ago was out clubbing and fell down some stairs (yes he was drunk  ) and was unconcious. The bouncer went to help him as did a woman. The bouncer and woman tried carrying him, what noone realised at the time was that the woman "helping" him was actually helping herself to my bro's mobile phone. Seeing someone unconscious (and no idea how badly injured) on the floor, I find it hard to understand how anyone's first thoughts are "opportunity". At least she was caught on cctv so the police recognized who it was. We never heard if anything came of it."She is quite the oddball. Did you notice how she didn't even get excited when she saw this original ZX-81?"
