Does anybody know what happens, this month is my 60th payment, so should be my last, i have heard nothing from my i.p regarding my final review, i would have thought that they would have done the final review before my last payment, just to make sure everything is ok, does anybody have any experiance of this, in past years even though my review was supposed to be done in march they have happened in may, so what happens if that turms out to be the case, should i cancel my standing order so they dont get a payment in april?, anyway only 14 days left to go:j

TIA
Take every day as it comes!!

Hi -- and congratulations! You should phone your IP to confirm that this is the last payment before stopping payments -- the last thing you want is a breach this late in the day! Unless you have had any breaks or reductions they should hopefully confirm. From what I gather the final review follows the same sort of timing as previous reviews and is really tust to tie things up from your point of view and confirm your final I&E .

no breaks or reductions, infact for the past 3 years i being paying £40 more per month than was originally agreed, so creditors should be getting back more than the original offer;), will make final payment in 14 days then phone i.p to confirm it is final payment:j, just had another thought, my final payment is due on march 15th, i then get paid on the 25th, and in this pay there may be a bonus, as being as this bonus is technically paid to me after the last payment has been paid i wont be expected to release any of it into the iva will i:eek:
