&there reply was that i could stand??
well 2nd day of traveling & i was back at the doctors being signed off with my back for one month ,
2nd month off sick & i was told that with all my problems it would be best that my employmet was terminated due to ill health ,,so i argreed.
i was told that my service they would take into consideration , & that there could be a figure of £7,000
i was just glad to leave from all the stress ,so my employmet terminated they sent an amout into my bank towards the end of the month than on the 15th another payment ,
at no time did i ever get in writing of how much i would get !!
a month passed than a letter stating that an over payment ,
i never recieved a payslip or p60 ?
they sent me a copy payslip on request with both amounts on payslip on one side but on other side only one lot ,2 different amounts sort of adding to 6,900.
letters have been going back n fouth regarding overpayments
than i recieved another letter to say infact they had reviewed it & they had made a mestake & i owed anoth £250 on top of another overpayment ???

take a breather, and try to write it again but so people can understand and then advise you hopefully correctly.

If you can't do that then call ACAS and see what their view is.
The Googlewhacker referance is to Dave Gorman and not to my opinion of the search engine!

If I give you advice it is only a view and always always take professional advice before acting!!!

what paperwork did you get when you left - can you type it out for us?

I think you were ill health retired, and had a sum of £7k paid, which seems reasonable if your back meant you could not work?

Why are they saying you were overpaid?
