I have received £37,000 from my work .
what are the best saving account options .
I want instant access to some off it as I only have my pension now .
I dont want stocks and shares options
all suggestions welcome

what about options which do not include stocks and shares but dont have capital security?
You appear to be indicating that this will be supplementing your pension (at some point). You are aware that a savings account is almost certainly not the best option here as inflation will eat into that money and reduce it's spending power fairly rapidly.
Putting it all in one option and not the others isnt the best move. However, mixing it about usually is.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
