Santander House of Fraser PIN Problems

I have a Santander House of Fraser card. I got a call from Santander security in January to say that an attempt had been made to use my card fraudulently for an Internet purchase and that they had stopped the card and were issuing me a new one...ok, the new one arrived, as did the PIN. When I tried to change the PIN (before using it) at a cashline to one I'd remember, the ATM said the service was unavailable. On trying the card in a shop, I got the message the PIN was blocked. Back at the ATM, I tried to unblock the PIN - again "service unavailable". I phoned the Indian call centre who told me all they could do was send me a new PIN (which took 10 days). The above process then happened all over again, with the PIN once again blocked. This time I got through to a UK help centre who said on their system the PIN was showing as valid and not blocked, but in shops it came up blocked as soon as I put the card in the reader. OK, I asked for yet another PIN... this arrived last week and this time needless to say I didn't attempt to change it before using it. I used it successfully in 2 shops...then 2 days later I got a call from Security to check all my recent transactions were ok (they were). A couple of hours later I tried to use my card and - PIN blocked! The ATM is again saying Service Unavailable, and UK Help Centre says once more that their system doesn't show a problem, that my PIN is not blocked. Is there anywhere I can go with this or do I just need to cancel the card? I like it as I earn Frasers Vouchers on purchases.
