    Hi

As per the title I need a little help please :o

In my wisdom I decided to marinade my chicken this morning in some Gram Masala (powder mixed with water)..... then i've used a jar of Potak's Tikka Masala (yuk yuk) The whole thing tastes gross!

Any idea what I can use to salvage it?

Sorry I should have said, it tastes very strong and overpowering (vinegary almost) not spicey.

you could also sweeten it to take away the vinegar taste, have you got any mango chutney?

if it is too strong you could put in yoghurt or cream, should be natural but a friend always uses peach yoghurt and her curry is nice

i would stir in a couple of spoons of mango chutney and cook it for a about 20 minutes and if still a bit strong stir in a bit of milk

if you like a creamy curry I would put in some milk with the chutney and cook it for about 20 minute so that it thickens back up
